  • Flexible floor plan, multiple options
  • Choose 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 baths
  • Expandable owner’s suite
  • Select guest suite and guest living room
  • Extend patio, add multi-sliding doors

An extended foyer leads directly to the Great Room in the Daisy’s family-centered, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath design, where one of several options includes replacing the private study and half-bath with a fourth bedroom and its own full bath.

In the 2,152 square foot design, the Great Room opens to a covered patio, which can also extend to open from the dining room. Multi-sliding doors can be added to the patio. Adjacent to the Great Room, the center-island kitchen overlooks the dining room, ideal for entertaining.

Another option available is to substitute the second and third bedrooms, accessible from the foyer, with an extended guest suite, which includes a full bath and a private living room. Yet another design choice in the Daisy, is to expand the owner’s suite to include two walk-in closets and a larger luxurious bath.

HERS® Home Energy Rating System

Estimated energy efficiency of this home is 40% better than the HERS Reference Home.

What is a HERS Index?

The HERS Index is a scoring system established by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) in which a home built to the specifications of the HERS Reference Home (based on the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code) scores a HERS Index of approximately 100, while a net zero energy home scores a HERS Index of 0. The lower the HERS Index, the more efficient the home, which means you will save on your monthly energy bills.
