Plan 3519 - Palo Verde Highlights

  • Airy, spacious, open design
  • Choose between study and fourth bedroom
  • Optional multi-sliding patio door
  • Access available to patio from owner’s suite
  • Convenient sinks optional in garage, laundry room

The long covered front porch in the Palo Verde’s airy floor plan opens to a large foyer, which, in turn, opens to the dining room and Great Room. Those rooms flow together and seamlessly connect to the center-island kitchen. The Great Room opens to a covered patio, where a multi-sliding door is optional, and also leads to the spacious owner’s suite, with a door to the patio as an optional addition.

The four bedroom two bath design provides an optional study, which can be added in lieu of a bedroom. The three secondary bedrooms share a bath, where a shower may be substituted for the tub. The owner’s suite has a spa-inspired bath with a linen closet and a large walk-in closet. The owner’s bath also offers a shower or an extended shower in lieu of the tub. Sinks can be added to the two-car garage and laundry room in the Palo Verde.

What is a HERS Index?

The HERS Index is a scoring system established by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) in which a home built to the specifications of the HERS Reference Home (based on the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code) scores a HERS Index of approximately 100, while a net zero energy home scores a HERS Index of 0. The lower the HERS Index, the more efficient the home, which means you will save on your monthly energy bills.
