  • Extend another bedroom with walk-in closet

From the covered front porch and foyer in the Ocotillo's floor plan, enter the stunning kitchen, which opens to the dining room and flows into the Great Room and covered patio. While a study is included in the 1,968 square foot design, an optional fifth bedroom can be added in its place. The fourth bedroom enjoys its own bath, and the second bedroom can be extended in lieu of the study giving it a larger walk-in closet as well as adding a walk-in closet to the third bedroom. Extending the second bedroom also allows for a larger walk-in closet in the owner’s suite.

In the owners suite, optional flourishes include adding a shower or an enlarged shower in lieu of the tub. Cabinets and a sink are available for inclusion in the laundry room, as is a convenient sink in the two-car garage, where a side door can also be added.

HERS® Home Energy Rating System

Estimated energy efficiency of this home is 44% better than the HERS Reference Home.

What is a HERS Index?

The HERS Index is a scoring system established by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) in which a home built to the specifications of the HERS Reference Home (based on the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code) scores a HERS Index of approximately 100, while a net zero energy home scores a HERS Index of 0. The lower the HERS Index, the more efficient the home, which means you will save on your monthly energy bills.
