Opportunity Details



The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare proformas for weekly sales releases, and monthly starts, prepare WPR and manage backlog, assist with business plan and quarterly business plan updates, comparisons of projected vs actual results, and various analytical functions required within the division primarily for, but not limited to, senior management.



  • Prepare financial proformas for weekly sales releases
  • Prepare financial proformas for monthly starts
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages
  • Prepare WPR (Weekly Performance Report)
  • Prepare Backlog Profitability Report
  • Analytical comparison of business plan to actual results
  • Prepare updates and reviews for quarterly operations reviews
  • Assist in preparation of the annual business plan
  • Assist in preparation of the quarterly business plan updates
  • Assist in compliance with corporate policies and procedure
  • Assist in joint venture reporting and financial analysis
  • Assist with month end close as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned



  • Two (2) years minimum of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting prefered
  • Proficiency in Excel (especially regarding spreadsheet analysis), Word, PowerPoint; Access is a plus
  • Detailed professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly and independently
  • A willingness to step up and perform in a team setting; the candidate will be working with some of the most innovative members and projects at the company
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, utilizing multi-tasking skills
  • Organizational skills required; meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to prepare presentation quality material
  • Interact well with co-workers
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required

This is primarily a sedentary office position, which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry office supplies and materials of weights of 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.  Position may require the ability to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day.
