Responsibilities

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Assembly of all blueprints and other required items from architects and engineers.
  • Revise construction drawings
  • Coordinate architectural revisions and marketing handouts with graphic consultant
  • Assist with project correspondence.
  • Plan coordination for various consultants work
  • Administrative and clerical duties as required.

Qualifications

 Candidates will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years’ experience developing construction documents and details
  • Ability to coordinate with a Project Manager to further goals of the project team for national builder
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
  • Understanding of production home building is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with management
  • Computer Skills as required: Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience.
